That's us
We are Kilian and Paul, two friends who decided to help people adopt one of the most effective self-improvement activities out there: journaling.
Our struggle
As we begun our lives as young professionals, we were pretty quickly hit by the familiar problems: too much screen time, too many meetings, too many misleading relationships.
Life was moving a little too fast for us and we were looking for something to help release stress and stay present.
The idea
We turned to mindfulness practices for help and particularly liked the idea of structured reflection.
Journaling is a simple craft that yet feels very hard once you have a blank page in front of you.
With global mental health on the decline, we made it our mission to help this generation find purpose and joy by journaling their ideas, reflections and goals on a daily basis.
The process
We tried out various ways to journal, printed out templates and handed them to friends, family and even strangers at a flea market (as you can see here).
With the help of their feedback, we curated a selection of reflective exercises in a single book, in a guided journal.
